Royce: "What helped me most recently is being more organized. Because when you're unorganized, even with your schedule and just in general when you’re starting to get clients, get a CRM so you can organize your business and let the CRM do its job."

Royce: "It's a good time to buy if you're ready to buy. It is a seller's market, people are paying a little bit over asking. But if the interest rate is lower, then their buying power is more."

Royce: "It's a case-by-case basis. But I think more so the lack of information and just the market being saturated and it being a seller's market. Not planning far enough in advance to start saving money. If you want to buy a house and now it's very competitive, if you can put down more of a significant downpayment, you look like a better candidate."
